Valmalenco Infopoint

The  Infopoint located in Valmalenco at Vassalini, at the foot of Snow Eagle is managed by the Sondrio and Valmalenco Tourism Consortium.

The Consortium's office is centrally located between the three municipalities of Chiesa, Caspoggio and Lanzada, in its large parking lot includes a Bike and E-Bike rental point - Rent Bike Palù - which provides services dedicated to the activity of two wheels including free charging stations.
The information and assistance service to Italian and foreign tourists is provided directly by specialized multilingual staff.
To support information there are many specific materials and an Internet point for self-consultation.
It also deals with the collection of reservations, registration or free check on the availability of facilities, issuing tickets and reservations for guided tours, trips, excursions, shows, and all those cultural and food and wine events active in the area.
Connected directly with the other Infopoint of Sondrio managed by the Consortium, it supports users for any request for information and indications on the accommodation facilities in the area, carrying out the confirmation activity for possible reservations.
It offers a ticketing service for local public transport as well as information support for other lines of road and rail connections.
It is a collection point for users' suggestions, reports and criticisms of the local tourism system, managing an archive and information activities on the rights to protect tourists, making use of tools, including telematics, for statistical surveys, on the characteristics of the service and the level of user satisfaction.
