Polenta Delights

Every weekend from October 24 to November 29  2026, the Accademia della Polenta presents the traditional food and wine festival “Delizie di polenta” at various restaurants in Val Tartano. 

There’s something for everyone: while the chefs will draw inspiration from tradition when preparing the dishes, they’ll also offer interesting innovations.&
Packages are available, including the option of overnight stays for anyone wishing to spend a relaxing weekend at accommodations in Val Tartano.
