The Carozzi experiences are an authentic journey into dairy culture, a complete immersion in the flavours and ancient traditions of Valsassina and Lake Como.
The visit to the dairy represents the exciting start of the journey. You will be accompanied on a unique journey in which you will be able to observe closely every step of the cheese production and maturation process, discovering the secrets kept by the skilled hands of our master cheesemakers.
Accompanied by the Master Casaro, who will guide you through the tasting process, sharing the stories and fun facts related to each cheese, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the nuances of aroma, the richness of flavours and the variety of textures that characterise our cow, goat and buffalo cheeses. The complex flavours, aromatic notes and varied texture of each cheese will be a testament to the artisanal production techniques and attention to detail that make our cheeses unique.
The "Gourmet" version is a path of seduction, which will transform the gastronomic experience into a fascinating journey, full of sensory discoveries and new perspectives of taste. In addition to cheeses, the undisputed protagonists of the tasting, you can taste: a selection of fine local cured meats, the classic polenta taragna, prepared following the secret Carozzi recipe, and a variety of gastronomic delicacies created by our chefs, who are true artists of taste.

The Gourmet Experience includes a guided tour of the dairy with tasting of Carozzi cheeses and products from the Valsassina valley.
Duration 3 hours minutes for the visit and tasting.
Price € 45 per person for a minimum of 2 people.
The "Gourmet" tasting includes a platter of different types of cheese paired with compotes and honey, a hot dish of your choice (e.g. pizzoccheri, polenta with mushrooms, dish of the day), a bottle of wine per couple, water and coffee.

The visit to the dairy and the tasting are by reservation for a minimum of 2 people.
We can organize also for groups, both small and numerous.
We have a large green area, ideal for outdoor activities. We offer bike and ebike rental service.
