The Carozzi experiences are an authentic journey into dairy culture, a complete immersion in the flavours and ancient traditions of Valsassina and Lake Como.
The visit to the dairy represents the exciting start of the journey. You will be accompanied on a unique journey in which you will be able to observe closely every step of the cheese production and maturation process, discovering the secrets kept by the skilled hands of our master cheesemakers.
Accompanied by the Master Casaro, who will guide you through the tasting process, sharing the stories and fun facts related to each cheese, you will have the opportunity to appreciate the nuances of aroma, the richness of flavours and the variety of textures that characterise our cow, goat and buffalo cheeses. The complex flavours, aromatic notes and varied texture of each cheese will be a testament to the artisanal production techniques and attention to detail that make our cheeses unique.
The Blind Test Experience is a fascinating experience for small groups, from 4-6 to a maximum of 15 participants, ideal for friends, families and also for corporate team building. After the visit to the dairy, participants are involved in the "Blind Test", a real strategy game that takes place blindfolded in the exclusive space of our cellar. A challenge that tests taste and smell, in the name of tradition and the discovery of flavours and aromas of Valsassina in a team game.

The experience includes a guided tour of the dairy, a tasting in the dark in the cellar, guided by our staff and followed by a hot dish prepared by our chefs.
Duration 3 hours and 30 minutes for the visit and tasting.
Price € 55 per person for a minimum of 4-6 people and maximum 15.
The Blind Test Experience includes tasting of 2 products on hand, for a total of 4 courses, starting with the freshest cheeses and then moving on to the more seasoned ones. Tasting of a hot dish of your choice (e.g. pizzoccheri, dish of the day), a bottle of wine every 4 pax, water and coffee
