Sbrisolona and Italian Desserts Festival

This event focuses on sbrisolona and all the traditional desserts of the Mantua area, but that’s not all: the best producers of traditional desserts from various regions will also be featured, along with a special area dedicated to artisanal chocolate.
A major outdoor festival where visitors, enthusiasts, tourists, and industry professionals will gather in the beautiful city of the Gonzagas for a weekend of tastings and discoveries of all the exquisite delights Mantua and its surrounding region have to offer. 
Over the course of three days, visitors can enjoy performances, cooking demonstrations, and many other live events such as culinary challenges, concerts, art installations, and street performers. The festival will feature many prominent figures from the worlds of pastry and chocolate-making, as well as renowned chefs and food bloggers. 
It will be a sweet weekend where you can find a wealth of local specialties at the booths of the best producers, meet big names from the worlds of sports and entertainment, and discover the artistic and historical treasures of this Lombard capital.
