Mulino Colombo - Museo Etnologico

A monument of industrial archaeology, it is the only mill on the Lambro River still intact and complete in its original setting in the historic center. Already active in the early 18th century, it was originally used for grinding wheat, then for fulling wool, and finally as an oil mill. The building, composed of two parallel bodies of the building, preserves the millstone, the press and other ancient tools inside. It is named after its last owners, who in 1987 donated it to the municipality, which carried out restoration work. The space is home to temporary exhibitions and is managed by the Monza and Brianza Ethnological Museum.
