IN THE NAME OF MARGHERITA. ONE HUNDRED YEARS LATER (1926-2026)

The initiative accompanies the city of Monza along a year of cultural events dedicated to the historical memory and enhancement of the territory on the centenary of the Queen's death. The figure of Margherita is deeply linked to Monza and the places of the Villa Reale recalling a heritage of history, art and cultural life of the highest value.

Hunting for Margherita Style Treasures
Photographic workshop to discover the details of Liberty in Monza - free participation
The workshop aims to discover the details of this style through photography. Participants will be asked to send three shots of curious details, taken with their cell phones during the guided tour.
The guided itinerary will meet in Piazza Roma at 10:30 a.m. (maximum 20 participants, reservations required), a guided tour led by the Nuovarchitettura Association with technical instructions from photographer Marzio Franco.
