Lomellina's most anticipated event returns as per tradition on the second Sunday of October!

From October 11 to 17, 2025, the Bertagnina Pumpkin Festival of Dorno returns in its 22nd edition!

The 'well-established program includes the most anticipated event of the year, the inaugural "Suc Dinner" with an exclusive menu based on Bertagnina pumpkin elaborated by Chef Massimo Dellavedova. A culinary journey to discover our local cucurbit in different preparations. The dinner will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Alpini di Dorno headquarters.

On Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025, the all-day fair returns with the food and wine show, more than 40 stalls with typical local products and more; the fair with artigianto and the hobbyists' market along the village streets.

Throughout the day there will be various food outlets, starting with the "Piazza del gusto" by Pro loco Dorno with non-stop Bertagnina pumpkin tastings!

During the week many cultural events until the concluding "Pizza on Pumpkin" scheduled for Friday, Oct. 17 at the Alpini di Dorno headquarters.
