The Swift satellite is doomed: the attempt to save it by raising its orbit has failed. It will crash into Earth by the end of the year. It has been our sentinel for detecting and studying gamma-ray bursts, the most violent phenomenon in the universe. Astronomer Boris Sbarufatti will tell us about the discoveries and the epic journey of this glorious instrument.
