Adventure in the Mountains of Lake Como

IMPORTANT
Groups of a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 15 people
Minimum age: 6 years

WHATS INCLUDED:
Italian and English-speaking guide.

WHATS NOT INCLUDED:
Transportation from Bellagio (possibility of bike rental via BikeIt! Bellagio).

BOOKING POLICIES
Reservation required at least 5 days before the start of the activity.
Advance payment by credit card is required.
The activity will be confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants; otherwise, the fee will be refunded.
Minimum age: 6 years.

ACTIVITY TIME:
Every Wednesday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
from March to October

CANCELLATION POLICIES
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
Up to 3 days before the event: full refund (minus payment processing fees).
Within 3 days of the event: 100% penalty (no refund).
Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@bellagiotreeb.it or WhatsApp at +39 393.98.63.525 by 12:00 AM (midnight) of the deadline.
The cancellation will only be valid after our confirmation.

CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER:
In case of force majeure (e.g., severe weather or safety concerns), the activity may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

BAD WEATHER:
Excursions will take place even in overcast or light rain conditions.
In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, weather alerts), the guide may cancel or modify the activity for safety reasons. In such cases, a new date will be proposed or a full refund will be guaranteed.
