Conceived in 2021, by the Tutti Frutti ETS association, Short Out is a film festival that has the ambition of representing a place for reflection on issues that cross the suburbs.

The enhancement of peripheral spaces is a topic that is more topical than ever today to explore expanding territories and understand an urban context that invests in centralization.

In the margins lives an unexpressed or as yet unexplored artistic sap, and the desire is to bring it to light, starting from Lainate, on the outskirts of the metropolitan city of Milan. Now in its 4th edition, the Festival takes place specifically in the historic setting of Villa Litta.

A mid-summer event dedicated tocinematic art, to the spaces between Milan's center and suburbs and to the margins in all nuances: artistic, environmental, social, cultural.
