LA SCIURA

The LaSciura project was born in December 2023 from a letter addressed to Marta Roncoroni's classmates, with the aim of transforming a moment of grief into a shared path of memory, creativity and commitment. 
Promoted by the Associazione Marta Roncoroni ETS by the Istituto Prezziosissimo Sangue di Monza and several companies, the project has grown over time involving students, teachers, institutions and productive realities of the area. 

The heart of the initiative was the work of the students of the Liceo Artistico, who were called upon to design an armchair intended for the families of patients in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit. The path, articulated from the creation of sketches to the presentation at San Gerardo Hospital to the creation of a prototype, represented an important educational experience.

LaSciura is now a virtuous example of collaboration between schools, associations, health care and businesses, thanks also to the contribution of Confartigianato and companies in the furniture sector. The project combines memory and future, transforming a personal experience into a collective opportunity and offering the Monza community a positive and inclusive model.
