FESTIVAL OF STORIES 2025

The Festival of Stories arrives at its fifth edition: it was born, it has grown, and it continues its journey toward possible futures. The theme chosen by is nutrimento. 

Over one hundred and thirty free events for children, youth, adults including readings, workshops, lectures, recitals with live music and performances, hosted in the Network's libraries, lending points, the Monza Historical Archives, theaters, bookstores, cinemas, and parks in the area, will be an opportunity to reflect on what it means to have and to give nourishment. 

The appointments will be organized according to five strands in order to give space for the widest possible representation of the topic and to be able to reach the widest audience.

- Carbohydrates. Energies of Our Time. Stories by authors and illustrators who question the present and through their eyes narrate what we are living;

- Proteins. Bricks to build a possible future. Workshops and meetings to think about the future we want;

- Lipids. Our reserves, what we conserve. Remembering to be. Appointments to remember our roots;

- Vitamins. Small and essential elements. All appointments for children and youth;

- Mineral salts. Substances that make everything work. Appointments dedicated to young people on the challenges of the present - artificial intelligence, technology, peace.

All strands have at their center the stories that, in this edition of the Festival, are for us water, essential nourishment for every living being and the planet.
