Competitors have to ford a stream, scale a 20-ton mountain of hay, break through a wall of foam, cross a sea of mud and conquer a series of 2,000 tyres.

Not just your average obstacle course, it’s the most pazzo urban trail on the planet, running through Lecco for 8 km. At the finish line, runners are rewarded with music and a plate of pizzocheri. So, what’s the motto of this mud run? Challenge yourself and overcome your greatest fears. Wear a crazy costume and you’ll fit right in to “Scigamàtt”.
