The festival takes place on 12 and 13 September, offering a rich and varied programme for all tastes. Rice is the true star of the event and will be showcased in all its versatility, from traditional recipes to more innovative creations.
It is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a creamy risotto made with freshly harvested rice and discover the many qualities of this cereal, which has shaped the landscape and economy of Lomellina for centuries.
Event programme
Saturday 12 September:
The evening begins at 8:30 pm with a fixed-menu dinner, offering the chance to enjoy a traditional dish and immediately immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere. Davide Mauri will provide live music throughout the evening, creating the perfect setting for a dinner with friends and family.
Sunday 13 September:
The celebrations continue with a double appointment. From 12:30 pm, visitors can enjoy lunch with an à la carte menu, choosing from a selection of dishes. In the evening, from 8:30 pm, dinner will once again be served with an à la carte menu, providing another opportunity to enjoy good food and entertainment.
The evening will feature a performance by Gruppo 2 Spettacolo, ensuring a lively and engaging atmosphere well into the night.
More than food: a celebration of community
Organised by the Pro Loco of Rosasco, with the patronage of the Municipality, the event is an important occasion for the local community to come together.
A bar service will be available throughout the festival, allowing visitors to enjoy a refreshing beer or a glass of local wine while experiencing the convivial atmosphere of the celebration.
