9.45am - Lido Po in Sacca di Colorno (PR), 10.30am refreshments at the tourist port of Mezzani (PR) and then entrance to the "Parma Morta" nature reserve. Arrival 12.30pm in Viadana, Canoe group headquarters.

CANOES AND ROWING BOATS 15 Km

10.00am Lido Po Casalmaggiore (CR), 11.00am tourist port of Mezzani (PR) and/or Fossacaprara beach (CR) with refreshments, 12.30pm arrival in Viadana, headquarters of the canoe group.

CYCLISTS departure CASALMAGGIORE (CR) FAMILIES AND CHILDREN departure at 10.00 am Lido Po. 16 km Lombardy side. Refreshment at 11am on the Fossacaprara beach. REFERENT: Daniele Borini. Estimated arrival at 12.00 Viadana canoe group headquarters.

CYCLISTS departing CASALMAGGIORE (CR) crossing the bridge safely and the "Parma morta" dirt route 32 km, refreshment at 11.00 am in the tourist port of Mezzani. Arrival in Viadana at 12.30 pm at the canoe group. CONTACT: Gianfranco Feudatari FIAB Oglio Po 0375 42245

CYCLISTS with -Save The Bobby- departure VIADANA (MN) 9.00am Chiesa San Martino, via Cavour. Arrival in Fossacaprara, aperitif and waiting for the group from Casalmaggiore to join you up to Viadana at 12.30 pm at the canoe group. CONTACT: Claudia Azzali 338.2438432

CYCLISTS DEPARTURE FROM DOSOLO (MN) 13 Km
GROUP REFERENT: Ester Novellini
10.00am - departure from the Municipality square, 10.30am Pomponesco with stop and refreshments at the il Cesto bakery, crossing Garzaia and via Alzaia up to Viadana. Some stretches with sand, hand bike. Arrival scheduled for 12:00 at Viadana, the canoe group headquarters.

CYCLISTS DEPARTURE GUASTALLA (RE)
10.30 am departure from Peace&Po. REFERENT: Angelo Boccaletti. Arrival scheduled for 12.30 pm in Viadana, headquarters of the canoe group.

FOR CYCLISTS: follow the instructions of the organization and group contacts.

FOR CANOEISTS: be equipped with a life jacket, have had experience of current rowing, participation of inflatable canoes is FORBIDDEN, follow the organisation's instructions.

FOR SWIMMERS: have had experience of drift swimming. Each swimmer will be accompanied by a canoe throughout the course for refreshment support. Participation is subject to requesting technical information from Alberto Lancetti: 338.9332600

SAFETY: guaranteed in the water by CRI dinghy, + organization boats. Presence of ground ambulance to assist cyclists and walkers.

AFTERNOON PROGRAM:
12.30 pm - arrival in Viadana (MN) Gruppo Canoe Viadana location on the riverbank - Lunch (MUST select the menu when registering online. It is possible to eat and drink from various proposals, tables and seats also for those having lunch packed) a few meters away from Bortolino tavern, musical entertainment, thoughts and reflections on the environment.
