Quistini Castle
An ancient residence of 1500 with salons rich in history and legends, located in the beautiful hills of Franciacorta
Quistini Castle can be found at the heart of the Franciacorta area, just a couple of steps away from downtown Rovato, its origins hail back from 1500 AD.
Nowadays it hosts numerous events such as Mercanti in Viaggio, a marketplace initiative dedicated to handicrafts, handmade and vintage items, creative recycling and design.
What makes it really unique are its gardens, boasting over 1500 rose varieties: the Bioenergetic Garden and the secred hydrangeas Garden, the Rose Labyrinth and the Ancient Orchard, all of them will astonish you in a fresh floreal ambience.
The botanic garden's surface spreads over 10.000 square meters, displaying sculptures by Marco Mazza made out of recycled materials.
The Castle's gardens have been devised and maintained by the family that owns the venue. It is a peaceful green oasis for botanics enthusiasts or just for those who search a relaxing day on the open air.
