The most eagerly awaited event in Val Sabbia is back: the Sagra del Bagòss, a festival dedicated to one of the most prized and iconic cheeses of the Brescia tradition. An event that celebrates the authentic connection between the local area, livestock farming, and cheese-making expertise, with the theme “from milk to the table” serving as the central theme.

Two days filled with demonstrations of milk processing, tastings of local products, and traditional dishes, offering a journey through every stage of the Bagòss production chain, from milking to the table.

The event is organized by theProloco Association – Bagolino Tourist Office, in collaboration with the Valle di Bagolino Cooperative (Bagòss Cheese) and “La Sagra del Bagòss.” An event under the paid sponsorship of the Lombardy Region, sponsored by the Municipality of Bagolino, “I Borghi più belli d’Italia”, and supported by La Cassa Rurale Adamello Giudicarie Valsabbia Paganella.
