A walk among the ponds and streams of the Park, discovering this middle world between land and water. We will discover the amphibians and insects that make water the place for hunting and larval development, talk about the crustaceans of streams and so-called "petrifying springs," and look for a few perennial springs (known locally as "naves") that flow halfway up the hillsides.
