The shop of Fattorie Cremona

Fattorie Cremona opened its shop in the area next to the ex- factory Plac, in Persico Street.

The Bottega di Fattorie Cremona is a modern and innovative shop, which combines the business with some new didactic goals thanks to its digital screens which provide information about the cheese, the milk and, more in general, the dairy sector.
The shop occupies a big space of 400 square meters in the ex-building Consorzio Agrario, an area which in the past was used as a warehouse during the wheat’s battle (in the thirties).
Here you can buy the typical Fattorie Cremona products like grana padano and provolone and a lot of other different dairy products.
Special attention is dedicated to the local products, the bakery products and the salami of Cremona’s tradition. Walking in the shop you can discover of all the aspects connected to the production of milk and wheat.
The didactic area includes a real warehouse where the granpadano completes its aging process and a cinema room with 4 multimedia screens which explain the production and the nutritional aspects of all the different kinds of cheese.
