Mill and mortar in "Cà dell'Albert"

from Sondrio e Valmalenco

With the aim of safeguarding the remains of a culture and an economy belonging to the past, the Municipal administration bought and restored the ancient mortar used for chestnuts and cereals and the nearby buckwheat mill.

Beside being tourist attractions, these workshops are also the destination of several school trips.
