GAMeC presenta ?Libera. Tra Warhol, Vedova e Christo?, il secondo progetto del ciclo La Collezione Impermanente. 

In mostra una ricca selezione di opere di celebri artisti internazionali della seconda metà del Novecento, dall?Informale all?Astrazione geometrica, dal Nouveau Réalisme alla Pop Art, dal Minimalismo all?Arte Povera.

 

Un incontro tra le raccolte della GAMeC e alcune prestigiose opere confiscate in Lombardia che vuole essere un omaggio alla libertà creativa e al superamento dei canoni della tradizione.

 

La mostra è divisa in quattro sezioni.

Libera dalla forma: una raccolta di dipinti e disegni di esponenti del movimento Informale.

Libera dalla figurazione: la sezione è dedicata all?Astrazione geometrica, al Minimalismo e all?Arte Optical. In scena la volontà degli artisti di superare il vincolo della figurazione.

 

Libera dallo stile: una selezione di opere di autori italiani provenienti dal movimento dell?Arte Povera.

Libera dalla rappresentazione: in mostra alcune opere appartenenti al New Dada, al Nouveau Réalisme e alla Pop Art.
