A perfect combination of emotions and beauty. This is how Lake Como Christmas Light was born – the most beautiful nativity scene in the world. A name that expresses the value of an ambitious project through an element, the light, in the homeland that gave birth to Alessandro Volta and that is often proposed to the general public for cultural, scientific and entertainment events. From this idea comes the project of the most beautiful nativity scene in the world, the largest and most suggestive. The Consorzio Como Turistica, in collaboration with 14 Municipalities located along the lake, with Amici di Como and with various institutions and private sponsors, will propose to the public of great occasions a show of highly prized attraction with the aim of offering rewarding moments for sight and the spirit in a period in which tourism on Lake Como registered a physiological decline. Many locations will be part of an ideally romantic itinerary that can be used both on land and on water for an unforgettable experience. From Cernobbio to Brienno, from Lenno to Menaggio and then to ferry in the province of Lecco with the jewel of Varenna; and again Bellagio, Lezzeno, Nesso down to Torno and Blevio. Churches, monuments, corners of the country, bridges, and marinas, with a splash of color, the main feature of another event that attracts millions of visitors: the Como Magic Light Festival now in its 9th edition.
