Cars that have remained in the hearts of enthusiasts and in the collective imagination even of those who have only encountered rallies in passing, a territory dedicated to hospitality and growing rapidly, special stages that have written the history of signature counter-steering, shows, events and glamor that for four days will transform Varzi and the Oltrepò Pavese (Lombardy - Province of Pavia) into the capital of Motorsport.

These, in summary, are the ingredients of the 1. Mythical Cars Rally, the race that will be staged in Varzi from 24 to 27 May on special stages that have their roots in the myth of the "4 Regioni".

The idea is as simple as it is powerful: to bring the most beautiful and evocative cars of an extraordinary period of world rallies onto the road, the one that goes from 1995 to 2021. An "atypically experimental" race, reserved precisely for those queens of counter-steering: the latest Group A 4x4, the World Rally Cars of every generation, but also the kit-cars that were able to impose themselves on the asphalts of the World Championship.

Dream cars such as the Lancia Delta Hf Integrale in its latest evolution, the Subaru Impreza Group A and Wrc, the Mitsubishi Lancer, the Peugeot 306 Maxi, and then again the Ford Escort Cosworth, the Focus Wrc, passing through the next generation of cars from the World Championship, the Wrc 1600 still so handsome and fascinating, such as the Citroën DS3 or the Ford Fiesta, to get to the Wrc Plus, the cars that animated the World Rally until 2021 and which have reached the top in terms of show and performance.

Dream cars, driven by some of the greatest interpreters of international rallying, given that more than one big name has already ensured that they will want to be in Varzi's match.

Competition but not only:
the first Mythical Cars Rally will also and above all be an event capable of turning the spotlight on Varzi and on the whole territory.

A happening designed for everyone: for hardcore rally enthusiasts but also for those who, thanks to the rally, will be able to get to know the beauty of the upper Oltrepò. The center of Varzi will be the absolute protagonist, with the stage in front of the Azzaretti convention center, the service park in the town's main square and a long series of initiatives capable of involving all types of audience:
