King Panettone

Conceived and organized by Stanislao Porzio, Re Panettone® celebrated its first edition in Milan in 2008.
Since then, every year it continues to take place at the end of November in the Lombard capital, but also includes editions in other cities, to spread the culture of panettone everywhere.

The fulcrum of the event is thedisplay of excellentartisan panettone cakes to promote quality. Each edition adds more content to the original core, to make the event more and more interesting.

Re panettone differs from other events because it asks participating pastry chefs to conform to the philosophy of naturalness, signing a declaration committing them to use only natural ingredients and to carefully avoid additives and semi-finished products. Freshness, authenticity and originality are the characteristics of true quality products.
