The "Christmas in Valdidentro" festival officially kicks off.

From the day of the Immaculate Conception until the Epiphany, numerous initiatives dedicated to entertainment, music, shows and activities for young and old are scheduled to experience the magical atmosphere of the holidays together.

On these days the Christmas Village will be open, with traditional markets featuring handicrafts made by the Folk Group and local hobbyists. There will also be a bar service with mulled wine, hot drinks, roasted chestnuts, apple fritters and many other tasty treats!

Below is the program for the first five days of the festival:

Saturday, December 6
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Opening of the Christmas village with characteristic markets
4 p.m. | Magic and juggling show with Magician Manuel
17:00 | Christmas Countdown: lighting of the Christmas tree lights and performance Banda S.Cecilia of Valdidentro

Sunday, December 7
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Opening of the Christmas village with characteristic markets
3:00 p.m. | Launch of biodegradable balloons with the letter to Santa Lucia
4 p.m. | Santa Claus arrives, cute themed photo booth and candy for all children!

Monday, December 8
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Opening of Christmas village with quaint markets
2:30 p.m. | Entertainment, baby dance and lots of fun with the Animando Group and Fraelino

Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Opening of the Christmas village with characteristic markets

N.B. In case of unfavorable weather conditions or any logistical impediments beyond the control of the organizers, the markets will be moved to the area behind the Parish Church of Isolaccia.
