Bagolino Alpine Trail

An unmissable event for trail enthusiasts and runners among mountain peaks and breathtaking views: the Bagolino Alpine Run returns on July 19, 2025!
Now in its 16th edition, the event unfolds through trails and mule tracks around Bagolino, repaying the effort with exceptional views of the Valle Sabbia and Lake Idro.

Two important new features this year: the new 30-kilometer trail course, with 1,900 meters of positive elevation gain and included in the national FIDAL Trail calendar, and the 9-kilometer competitive race ideal for fast runners!

Here are the scheduled races:

Bagolino Alpin Trail 30km
Bagoino Alpin Run 16km
Bagolino Alpin Short 9km
9km non-competitive
Rounding out the schedule is the Mini Bagolino Alpin Run for children and teens born between 2014 and 2019.

Headquarters of the event will be the Pineta Municipal Park, where food stands open to all will be set up!
