23rd Tripe and Polenta Feast in Dosso del Liro
On Saturday, 16 and Sunday, 17 August, the 23rd Tripe and Polenta Feast will be held at the Town hall garden in Dosso Del Liro.
Two days rich of fun and local food specialities: Tripe, 'Polenta Uncia', braised meat with porcini mushrooms, grilled meat, charcuterie, local cheese and tasty homemade desserts. Don't miss it!
Programme:
- Saturday 16 August, from 6:30 p.m.: kitchen opening, followed by a lot of fun and ballroom dancing by Fabio;
- Sunday 17 August, from 12:00 p.m.: kitchen opening;
The event will take place in any weather conditions.
Part of the proceeds will be donated to the 'Maria Letizia Verga Foundation'.
