The hills of Franciacorta, where the vines stretch as far as the eye can see, and the countryside is dotted with traditional old farmhouses: a landscape where yoga finds a unique setting. The lessons are held in the vineyards, immersed in the silence of the countryside, as your breathing slows down to match the rhythm of nature.
