MONZART

MonzArt, an event promoted by the art galleries of Monza in collaboration with the Civic Museums, is now in its fourth edition.
On the weekend of Oct. 4 and 5, the joint opening of galleries and museum will allow free access to exhibitions and participation in scheduled events.

The calendar offers numerous initiatives:exhibitions of contemporary art - from pop art to abstract, from sculpture to installations - meetings with artists and presentations of unpublished works by authors active in the current art scene.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Civic Museums, it will also be possible this year to visit the sculpture exhibition Sensitive Geographies, set up in the cloister and glass tower, in dialogue with the temporary The Garden of Delights by Ugo La Pietra, already housed in the Exhibition Hall.

The Civic Museums are also joining the 21st Day of the Contemporary, promoted with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On Saturday, Oct. 4, the museum will offer free admission, with the opportunity to visit both the permanent collection and temporary exhibitions at the venue on Via Teodolinda.
