Christmas Under the Tower 2025 in Vigevano

As winter arrives, Vigevano prepares to immerse itself in the most anticipated season of the year with Christmas Under the Tower 2025, a rich program of events designed for families, children, visitors, and anyone who loves the magic of the holidays. The historic center and the Sforza Castle will provide the backdrop for weeks of music, performances, cultural activities, and initiatives dedicated to the little ones.

Dates and Locations

From 29 November 2025 to 11 January 2026, the city will host a full calendar of events taking place in Piazza Ducale, through the streets of the historic center, and throughout the spaces of Vigevano’s Castle, including the evocative underground route known as the Strada Sotterranea Nuova. Every corner of the city will be dressed for the holidays, creating the perfect atmosphere for a stroll, an afternoon with the family, or an evening exploring the city’s remarkable historical heritage.

Events and Activities

Christmas Under the Tower offers a varied program designed to engage a wide audience. Among the most loved attractions will be the ice skating rink in the Castle courtyard, open daily and suitable for both children and adults. Also unmissable is the exhibition "Nativity Scenes in the Castle," set up inside the Strada Sotterranea Nuova, featuring nativity scenes and dioramas carefully crafted by enthusiasts and artisans.

The musical program will enliven the atmosphere with concerts and live performances, including themed evenings, traditional Christmas music, choirs, and events that bring the festive spirit into the streets of the center. For children, there will be creative workshops, moments to meet Santa Claus, play activities, and small shows designed especially for them.

Another highlight is the Christmas Scarpadoro, a traditional 3 km run and walk suitable for families, groups of friends, and sports enthusiasts. It is a simple and enjoyable way to take part in the holiday energy while exploring the city at a relaxed pace.
