TIGNALE ROUTE

An original route, an all year round trail, divided into thirty "steps", with physical and spiritual exercises, meditations and so on. It is well-signposted and has a wonderful view. Spread over 5 km, reachable in about 4 hours, starting from the public car park in Piazzale Arcobaleno of Gardola, reached by following the signs for Aer. The journey is described in detail in the booklet guide, available at the local tourist office, at newsstands, at the GTS agency and at the Park visitor centre. The booklet is available in Italian and German. The route can be done either individually or in small groups with a chance to stop for a picnic. It is marked by round green signs, inside which a number is displayed that corresponds to the 30 stages described in the guide.
