The joy of running

Enjoy your training in Cremona

Miles and kilometers to run in the middle of nature or in the city, in comfortable and practically uneven paths.

If you love to run, you know. Running can be one of the great joys of life.
Cremona is a city much loved by runners, who come here every year in October to run the half marathon searching for their Personal Best. Set in the Po Valley, Cremona offers various toutes to be outside, to breathe in the air and see the beautiful sights.

If you're looking for sharpening your skills or just having fun taking positive time for yourself, enjoying the company of a friend, or relishing the time alone, you can train in Cremona, in the middle of nature, in generally uneven routes, along the river, on the banks, or even in city routes.

In the cooler hours of the day, in the summer, or in the central hours in the winter, runners go training on the embankments. The most popular route, and dotted with drinking fountains, starts from the Largo Marinai d'Italia, where you can leave your car in a free parking area, cross the Parco al Po, along the Colonie Padane and continue along the embankment. About 10 km in total comfort.

If you are in the city and want to train, here are some other good suggestions for routes to take. The important thing is to always bring passion and shoes!
