Paper Week
Initiatives during the national campaign dedicated to paper and cardboard recycling
Laboratories, readings, guided tours and exhibits to raise awareness of the value of paper and cardboard, separate waste collection and their recycling.
The scheduled appointments invite participants to experiment with creative techniques using recycled paper, recycled materials and books destined for pulp, so as to encourage not only moments of aggregation, but also reading education and awareness of environmental issues. Collage, caviardage and origami workshops will take place alongside read alouds and paths designed to stimulate creativity and ecological awareness.
A highlight is the initiative proposed by the Historical Archives, which from April 13 to 17 will host the exhibition "Napoleon also recycled!".
The exhibition features artifacts, Gregorian scores and historical documents, offering the public an in-depth look at the theme of recycling in the city's history. Through original materials and guided tours, the initiative interweaves historical memory and environmental concern, enhancing documentary heritage as a tool for contemporary reflection.
