Santa Maria in Bressanoro Church
In a unique and solitary location you can find one of the oldest churches of the entire territory of Cremona.
In 1461 it was started the construction of this church, wanted by Bianca Maria Visconti to respect a vow. The layout is a Greek cross and the space is organized as the typical Bramantesque architectures in Lombardy. The central square part id completed by a high octagonal lantern which covers the dome around the arms (covered with a dome too). Inside of the church there are two series of nice frescoes.
