Aprica

Aprica, happy holidays in the mountains in winter and summer.

Aprica (SO)

The ski area of Aprica-Corteno is made up of over fifty kilometres of ski tracks going from a height of 2,300 metres all the way down to the village.

A vast structure, it is divided into four inter-connected sections and offers infinite possibilities for all snow lovers.

From the most difficult tracks going up through woodlands to the easy and scenic ones, all trails lead to the outskirts of the village where a free bus service will allow you to move easily from one zone to the next.

Not far from the centre of Aprica, the Campetti complex offers a large ski school, for a first approach to skiing and snowboarding, while the other three areas – Palobione, Magnolta and Baradello – are spread on as many other mounts.

From these towns, on the sunny south-facing side of the valley, you can find some flagged itineraries waiting to be discovered with snow shoes, but that's not all: the possibilities to discover the muffled silence and the aromas of the woods are aplenty, and for all levels of ability. And it is the same for back country skiing and ski touring.

Aprica also offers ice skating, indoor rock climbing, and there are many entertainment opportunities, between concerts, exhibitions, markets, events for children, candlelit walks and night walks with snow shoes.
