SAPER FARE is an initiative promoted by the Como–Lecco Chamber of Commerce and the FAI Delegations of Como, Lecco, and Alta Brianza, aimed at showcasing local production excellence by opening to the public a number of emblematic sites conceived not only as places of production, but as meeting points between history and tradition, development and innovation—expressions of skills, professionalism, and creativity passed down through time.
