The medieval night of Vimercate

An event organised by the local council and by Confcommercio Vimercate, which is now in its tenth year.

Thousands of people will arrive in the historic centre of Vimercate to admire a succession of traditional parades, live bands, flag throwers, street artists, dancers and themed entertainers.

In the historic setting of the “piazza Castellana” a series of ancient and traditional games will take place until late at night, from the tug of war, to the maypole, from the “pinata” to the “sack race”, and there you can also find magicians and female dancers, falconers and flag throwers.

A huge success in terms of audience (around 5,000 people attend each year) and an important opportunity for the town to raise its profile and to take part in commercial activities.
