Gardens Villa Melzi, the village and the surrounding area, a trip through the centuries
A walk through one of the most picturesque villages in Italy. Perched on the tip of the promontory that separates the two southern branches of Lake Como, Bellagio and its surroundings show us a rich history witnessed by architectural jewels such as the church of San Giacomo and Villa Melzi; a lively center with wine bars, delis and shops; views to great effect with the mountains that overlook the lake; traditional fishing boats moored in the ports of the hamlets of Loppia e Pescallo.
