Leonardo in Villa

The international community started the celebrations of Leonardo da Vinci, on the occasion of the V centenary of the death in France, on May 2, 1519.
The municipality of Desio in collaboration with  Consorzio Comunità Brianza, approved a project of Gruppo Artistico Desiano artistic  association in collaboration with  Arden cultural  association , the desian writer Katty Magni and the desian historian Massimo Brioschi.

The project will include an exhibition of:
- copies of Leonardo 25/30 machines model;
- a documentary film about Leonardo's life;
- a reproduction of a work by Leonardo Da Vinci dimensions 14.6x23.3 from the Royal Collection Trust Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth London, which represents the destruction of Desio by the Swiss army in the 16th century;
- works created by the artists of Gruppo Artistico Desiano (GAD) on the theme "the genius of Leonardo".

Besides the exhibition  collateral events will be held like theater shows, concerts, performances with sounds, readings and dances.
