Sbrisolona & Co. - Festival of Sbrisolona and Italian desserts

It is an event dedicated to sbrisolona and all the typical sweets of the Mantuan area, but not only: the best producers of typical sweets characteristic of the various regions will also be selected, as well as a special area reserved for artisan chocolate.

A great open-air festival where visitors, enthusiasts, tourists and industry insiders will meet in the beautiful city of the Gonzaga for a weekend of tastings and discoveries of all that exquisite Mantua and its land have to offer. During the three days there will be performances, show-cooking and many other live events such as gastronomic challenges, concerts, installations and street artists.
Many names from the world of pastry and chocolate making, as well as great chefs and food bloggers. It will be a very sweet weekend where you will be able to find at the stands of the best producers many typical excellences, meet big names from the world of sports and entertainment and discover the artistic and historical treasures of the Lombard capital.
