Exhibition at Colombo Mill
The MEMB (Ethnological Museum Monza and Brianza)'s new exhibition in the Mulino Colombo is not just a tribute to the past, but a celebration of the manual wisdom and ingenuity that shaped our identity.
An itinerary dedicated to craft trades, those born and bred outside industrial logic, where personal skill and workshop creativity were the engine of a human-scale economy.
In the exhibition, a rich collection of about 160 ancient objects and tools, patiently collected over the years by MEMB in the area, documents the work and history of 40 ancient artisan crafts.
The inauguration will be held Saturday, Nov. 29 at 5 pm.00, at the Colombo Mill - Vicolo Scuole 11.
The exhibition will remain open, on the opening days of the Colombo Mill, from Sunday, November 30, 2025 to Sunday, March 8, 2026 with Christmas closure from December 22 to January 6, 2026, inclusive.
