Milan Fashion Week. Twice a year (January/February and June/September) Milan is transformed into the biggest stage for international fashion. Fashion Week is an opportunity to attend fashion shows and discover a preview of the new spring/summer and fall/winter collections. The whole city is buzzing: the streets of Milan are invaded by designers, models, bloggers and fashion influencers who stand out in the crowd and show off looks specially designed for the occasion.

In September, in conjunction with the fall Fashion Week event, Vogue Fashion Night Out also takes place: for the occasion, hundreds of stores in downtown Milan extend their opening until late and host parties, DJ sets and special events.

Design Week and Fuorisalone
In April, the unmissable event in Milan is Design Week, when the city fills with curious and passionate people from all corners of the world to participate in the Fuorisalone events, in conjunction with the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, the most important trade show in the home-furnishing sector. The ultimate celebration of design within everyone's reach, through exhibitions, meetings, conferences, spontaneous events, showrooms open to the public, installations and performances.
