Dinner in the hamlet A Filo d'acqua - Table with lake view
On Wednesday 11th June, from 7.30 pm to 11pm, in Piazza 28 Maggio and Via Cadorna in Sulzano there will be an exclusive evening on the shores of Lake Iseo with an imperial table, an exclusive dinner accompanied by Franciacorta wine and good music. Dress code for the evening: White.
The evening includes an exclusive dinner on the lake shore, within the picturesque setting of Via Cadorna, an ancient hamlet overlooking Monte Isola. During the evening the Sulzano Restaurateurs Association will welcome participants with an aperitif in Piazza 28 Maggio and will then serve a gourmet dinner in Via Cadorna. The evening will end in Piazza 28 Maggio with coffee, music and sparkling wine.
Evening program and menu:

- Aperitif with finger food and Franciacorta
- Nachos and guacamole, fried potatoes, vegetables and bleak
- Lake sardine with polenta
- Bao stuffed with rib ragù
20.30 - Via Cadorna
- Roast beef, green sauce, potato and cinnamon cabbage, caper leaves and fried caper
- Millefoglie di lago, pureed datterini tomatoes and crunchy vegetables
- Mousse with extra virgin olive oil from Lake Iseo, chilli pepper, rosemary and lemon
