CRIMEA

Set in a historic part of Chiavenna, Hotel Crimea is close to the town's famous Crotti caves. Most of its rooms offer a balcony with views of Pratogiano Park. Parking is free. Chiavenna Train Station is just a 3-minute walk from the Crimea. The ski resorts of Madesimo and St. Moritz are under a 1-hour drive away. All carpeted rooms have simple wooden furnishings. Each room provides a TV and private bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast is buffet style, and includes fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and sweet pastries. The hotel restaurant overlooks the park, and is located next to a Crotto cave where guests can try local cheeses, cold meats and wines.
