Marian Itinerary Brianza

The path of the rose that connects 25 Marian shrines

Marian Itinerary Brianza. Exercise and desire for adventure will be particularly useful when doing this Marian itinerary. The Brianza territory provides 25 sanctuaries connected by this route. Trekking enthusiasts get the chance to discover the area on foot while enjoying its cultural tourism options.

This Brianza itinerary takes its name from the shape of the aforementioned flower that can be recognized in the map. Going east or west it is possible to traverse the leaves of this Marian road and extend its duration by reaching Bergamo or Varese. The Milan - Monza - Pavia stretch forms the stem.

The roots reach African lands, where Saint Augustine was born, which is an additional 30 day passage to the Marian journey in Italy.

Being 350 kilometers long, travelers usually take 15 days along twenty five stops to finish it. Both departure and arrival points are in the Santa Maria delle Grazie Sanctuary.

Pilgrims can rely on a network of affiliated structures that offer their hospitality. A series of yellow paths placed over the entire roadside point to the right direction.

Furthermore, it is a good way to visit Lombardy without having to stop at every stage. Choose the ones that draw you attention and start exploring our land.
