SAUL LEITER - A WINDOW DOTTED WITH RAINDROPS

At the Belvedere of the Reggia di Monza the first major Italian exhibition dedicated to Saul Leiter. 

Titled "Saul Leiter. A Window Dotted with Raindrops", the exhibition features 126 black-and-white photographs (including vintage and modern prints), 40 in color, 42 paintings and extremely rare archival materials, including original vintage magazines and a historical film. The exhibition includes both vintage and modern prints, experimental work from his early days, and fashion photographs made during his collaboration with Harper's Bazaar, highlighting the unique characteristics that separate Saul Leiter from his contemporaries and explaining why his art continues to influence photography today.
