The second edition of CidneOn, the International Festival of Light will take place at the Brescia Castle from the 10th to the 17th of february 2018. The castle will breathe a new life during with different installations, screenings and artistic lighting performances.

After the success of its first edition, this year there will be 18 installations designed by international artists from the Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Canada, Finnland and Portugal. Of course, there will also be numerous Italian artists and young Brescian talents.

This year's theme will be Nature and Architecture, with a lighting path that plays with the relationship between natural spaces and those created by humans. All of it in the suggestive backdrop of the Brescia Castle.

In addition, starting this year the CidneOn will be part of ILO, the International Light Festival Organization, a world network that gathers the most important light-art festivals.

The Weapons Museum, the Santa Maria delle Consolazioni Church and railway diorama managed by the Brescia model trains club will open to the public for free during this demonstration.
