Learn the secrets of the art of baking and create the perfect bread in your own home!
Target Audience
Perfect for those who want to deepen their technical and practical knowledge of bread making.
Course Program
Dough techniques: direct and semi-direct methods.
Management of fermentation and dough maturation.
Shaping techniques: round loaves and batard-style loaves.
Different types of bread.
Baking and using various types of ovens.
Schedule: From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (3 hours, including meal).
WHATS INCLUDED:
Certificate of participation.
Gift set (t-shirt, cap, apron).
Recipe book.
WHATS NOT INCLUDED:
Transportation from Bellagio (available upon request by car or bike rental via BikeIt! Bellagio).
BOOKING POLICIES
Reservation required at least 24 hours before the start of the activity.
Advance payment by credit card is required.
The activity will be confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants; otherwise, the fee will be refunded.
ACTIVITY TIME: From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (3 hours, including meal).
CANCELLATION POLICIES
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
Up to 3 days before the event: full refund (minus payment processing fees).
Within 3 days of the event: 100% penalty (no refund).
Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@bellagiotreeb.it or WhatsApp at +39 393.98.63.525 by 12:00 AM (midnight) of the deadline.
The cancellation will only be valid after our confirmation.
CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER:
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the activity at any time. In this case, participants will be offered either the option to reschedule the activity to a new date or receive a full refund.
