Welcome to Nonna Maria's House, the place that preserves the flavor of our childhood summers.
The house is located in a historic village typical of the Bergamo valleys, with stone houses.
The house is bathed in sunlight from morning until night. The setting is absolutely relaxing, ideal for those seeking a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and who want to immerse themselves in "slow living."

The space
The house is located at 730 meters above sea level in the historic village of Costa di Averara, a jewel of the Bergamo valleys with its typical stone architecture.

Our apartment is on the first floor and enjoys two views: to the south, from the living area, the view is of the Averara Valley; to the east, the bedroom overlooks the Borgo di Redivo.

The location is strategic: we are located on the historic Via Mercatorum and a short distance from Via Priula.

From here, you can easily reach the best the Brembana Valley has to offer.

Guests have access to the entire first-floor apartment. Ample free parking is available. The house is reached by walking about 40 meters along a historic stone mule track that passes through the historic mountain village.

Other things to keep in mind
Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
Parties are prohibited.
Bed linens and towels are provided.
